Katy & Todd Married! {New England Wedding Photographer}

It had been raining for day and days here in New England, and the outlook for Saturday wasn't pretty either.  We had talked about a number of different locations as "Plan B" and "Plan C"!  It's always good to be over prepared if you ask me!


When driving to Ledyard, Connecticut to the wedding being held at The Stonecroft Inn, it was dark...very dark. I'll refrain from making any "day of the rapture" jokes!  The ceremony was set to start at 4:00, outside. the chairs were set up, flowers were delivered and it was still dark.  Fingers and toes were crossed and suddenly the dark clouds parted, drifted away and the blue skies were displayed, the sun even made it's first debut in almost two weeks.  I couldn't believe it!  I couldn't have been happier for such a perfect wedding day!!  


It was quite the experience to work with Katy & Todd and I'm proud to share a few of my favorite shots with you.
